Neil Fagot, MAI
Neil is the owner and president of Provident Real Estate Advisors. The foundation of his career, beginning in 2005, was his experience at M&T Bank, in Buffalo, and Colliers Pinkard, of Baltimore. While in Baltimore, Neil worked under the direction of a small group of distinguished appraisers who were sought after for high-profile, complex projects; the group provided services on a regional, national, and international level.
Prior to forming Provident Real Estate Advisors, Neil spent nine years at one of the larger Pittsburgh firms – Valbridge Property Advisors. Neil’s experience at the company involved a wide range of property types, many complex, throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Neil is a 2004 graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his wife and children.

Gary L. Ciarimboli
Gary joined Provident after more than 30 years with Hayden Appraisal Services, of Greensburg. Gary has extensive valuation experience in both the residential and commercial property sectors. His specialty is in condemnation appraisals for clients such as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, municipal and utility agencies, and private owners. Gary has qualified as an expert witness in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland Counties, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court.
